What we collect

When you submit the contact form, we collect the information you provide: name, phone, email, city and state, store type, and what you tell us about your counter. We use that information to reply and to prepare a quote for your store.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your request and to prepare pricing for your store. We do not sell your information. We share it only as needed to set up the services you ask about, such as with the payment processing partner that would underwrite your merchant account.

Analytics

We use basic web analytics to understand which pages are useful to visitors. Analytics cookies record aggregate data. They do not identify you personally.

Phone calls and recording

Our line goes to voicemail and those messages are recorded and transcribed so we can return your call accurately. You hear that notice before the beep. We do not forward calls to a third party from this line. If you would rather not be recorded, use the contact form instead.

Your rights

You can request a copy of any personal information we have about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send the request through our contact form and write "privacy request" in the message. The contact form is the channel we monitor, so it is the fastest way to reach us.
